Set a goal, then link your daily entries to it. They stack up underneath, so the goal fills in with what you've done, not just what you want.

Write daily, with a prompt or on your own. When you need a push, take on a challenge that gives you something to do. Or tap a goal and Layer Cake builds one around it, made for that goal, not pulled off a shelf.

Check in on your goals one by one. Mark whether you're heading toward each or away. And when one's gone dark too long, Layer Cake tells you. No guilt, just the truth about where your attention's been going.
